We knew it would happen eventually and sadly that day has come. Whilst our lawyers fought the good fight for the past several months, the digital economy bill was one regulation too far, and we have to give in.
That’s not to say that TheChels.tv will be disappearing forever, oh no. Now we’ve got a taste for this video stuff, we want YOU to produce the content and be the star of our Chelsea channel.
If you’ve got a camera, a desk, and someone to talk to, then it’s likely you could do better than ITV do in conveying a decent thought or opinion about football.
So, any budding media students out there, or anyone who’s fancied themselves as the next Adrian Chiles or John Motson, now is your chance to shine and show that you can do better.
You can even do your own outside broadcasts on match-days around Stamford Bridge, either questions and answers or even just recording songs in pubs, whatever takes your fancy!
Just record your video and upload it to YouTube, then send us the link and we’ll host it on TheChels.tv. We may even award a prize to the best entry each month!
