Why should AVB make peace with players? Especially egotisticle big headed players. He runs the show and steers the team into a new direction. Ot should be the players who should makes peace with the manager. Who ever came up with that idea shood be shot with a palit gun in the eye

Of course he should make peace with his senior players. These are guys who have played the game for years, Have great rapport with the fans and despite the fact they’re on obscene wages are still human beings.
if you want the best out of players then then you should create the right rapport.
Unfortunately AVB is simply to young to know how to do that properly. He thinks he has to rule with a rod of iron to get what he wants. He will find out to his cost when the team under performs.
The debacle over the Christmas party and car parking spaces regarding Anelka and Alex, just shows his own insecurities.
As for the treatment of Tommy Langley, well enuf said…
If you look at Harry Rednapp, he’s a guy to gets the respect and performances from big players and never loses the human touch.
I have a lot of time for AVB as he has his own strongly held beliefs, he should just stop taking himself so seriously.

I agree with both of u, as a massive and season ticket holder i have been following chelsea since the age of 7. We got AVB in to change the direction of the club, meaning giving youth a chance and buying talent as well as world class players. However the treatment some senior players are giving the manager is a disgrace. Dont get me wrong here i am a massive fan of Lamps and Drogs, but their attitude of late has been a utter disgrace and it is now coming out publicly. Taking advantage of the manager because is on 33yrs old is really bad. U never here or see a single Barca player doing this their manager and he is 4 yrs older than AVB. That why i feel and it kills me to say this but these senior players that are trying to run the club should either leave this Jan on in the summer. The one thing i will say about AVB is he should respect the players for wht they have achieved and treat them with respect as well. Also he should play the likes of Mcheran, Lukaku, Burtren, Hutchinson, Kakuta, and now i here Van an hoult is back from loan give the a chance as they will be the future of Chelsea. The press as usual are talking crap despite Chelsea saying that AVB is Going to be CHELSEA FC’ manager for years to come they still think he will be sacked. These are the people who get managers sacked with their crap comments that put managers under pressure. Players to buy in Jan Cahill deal is done even thou he would not have been my 1st choice. Hulk, De Bryne, Pato, and Hazard. Aloso the Spanish RB begining with A he plays for a French club.
